Sumida Aquarium is one of the main attractions next to Tokyo Skytree. Among its many exhibitions, there are two main ones. The first is the jellyfish area that was renewed in 2020, showing larger tanks than before and even one where you view it from above, for a new perspective. The second main exhibition is the large and open penguin area where there is a good chance you can see some cute baby penguins.

Sumida Aquarium is a short walk from Tokyo Skytree station or the Oshiage (SKYTREE) station. Because opening hours and prices might change we recommended checking the official site: www.sumida-aquarium.com
