環境正常地方乾淨,服務員態度正常呢間就係香港高人氣嘅過江龍迴轉壽司🍣,去日本當然要去朝聖下啦!香港嗰間開咗幾個月,但太多人等所以重未試過,但日本呢一間的確係唔錯嘅,連鎖式黎講算係好新鮮材料,對比香港其他連鎖式優勝好多!之前食過大阪其中一間,名古屋比大阪既分店差少少,不過都新鮮抵食嘅。今次食咗好多款有軍艦,卷物刺身,炸物等等,基本上每一種魚生都好新鮮。特別要講下幾款壽司同一款炸物:蒸鮟鱇魚肝壽司(冬天限定)鮟鱇魚香港多數用黎做湯,好少見用個魚肝做壽司,一聽魚肝以為會好腥,食落個味同鵝肝有啲相似,蒸左既魚肝再加埋有少少醋既壽司飯,無左滯口嘅感覺,係好好味嘅,但個賣就普通啲,見有一碟係個迴轉路軌轉左好耐都仲係度。蟹肉山壽司🦀一個大嘅圓球全部都係蟹肉碎組成,肉上面有蟹膏整體入口有口感同埋新鮮一啲都唔腥,加左蟹膏令濃厚嘅蟹味充斥口腔內😋唔鐘意碎既蟹肉仲可以食松葉蟹腳壽司🍣,同樣新鮮,仲啖啖肉添!炸蝦春卷🍤春卷外型獨特,外觀上係一隻蝦,但其實中間係一條蝦肉外邊包住春卷皮,食落口感有少少似天婦羅。牛肉壽司🐂牛肉表面上係用火炙形式輕輕燒過,因為只係輕輕燒過嘅關係,所以一咬落口有濃厚嘅肉汁流出,同埋牛本身油花分布均勻,獨特嘅醬汁配埋一齊簡直令牛肉嘅鮮味提升,再加埋嗰件牛肉嘅長度足足有半隻手板咁長,非常之吸引其他就唔逐一介紹啦各位可以睇下相片😋#愛知縣#郎壽司#日本 continue reading
