回到我最愛的大阪，搵食變得容易好多，想吃烤牛，又想食風味，在心齋橋的橫行左穿又插，篤定這家開放式的。點咗兩set牛牛腸牛心生蛋飯小小的烤爐火力驚人，當你聽到油脂在烈火上發出的吱吱聲，那絕對是一種對胃部難以抗拒的呼喚。沾上鹽和新鮮山葵，那種風味節奏，實在太美味。生蛋飯非常推介，新鮮蛋漿伴上醬油的珍珠飯，再配上一口熱呼呼的烤牛，絕對是人間美食。去旅行，能在橫街小店，擁抱一頓風味晚餐，把饑餓的身體充滿能量，再趕下一程。 continue reading
