四月中到大阪自遊行,日本友人首推在堺筋本町站附近的燒肉小店-萬両小店座落的街道人流較少,不過要食晚餐就最好1個月前預先訂座除左小店容納唔到太多客人,仲因爲附近都係寫字樓,日本人收工後會到燒肉店光顧,如果想真真正正體驗日本地道平靚正燒肉而唔係食招待遊客區的任食放題燒肉,萬両絕對係好選擇。因為唔係好識睇餐牌寫咩日本友人就幫我地全部叫晒餐牌推薦的特選牛肉/特上牛肉。普通牛肉價錢1份大約¥700-¥900特上特選系列只係¥1200-1600不等貴幾百日圓但好食好多強烈推薦全選特上系列箱降和牛並非主餐牌特上系列之一,為當時小店唯一有附圖推薦的餐牌都只係大約二千幾日圓,所以係全晚最貴既一份肉,燒都燒得特別小心箱降和牛件件厚切牛肉一咬落去,肉汁牛脂隨即爆發出黎簡直一試難忘跟住落黎係特上牛舌牛舌燒好後脂肪不太多,反而口感彈牙,越咬越有牛味之後到特上和牛扒同雜菜拼盤+一份茄子特上和牛扒厚度、油脂分泌適中,味道完全唔輸蝕比厚切的箱降和牛成塊放入口就知道乜嘢叫入口即溶之後再黎一份特上醬油牛肉牛肉上碟時已加了醃料,燒完後牛肉多了一陣燒烤醬味,完美搭配牛肉本身的牛脂,值得一試之後叫左碗冷麵食好得意,小店沒有日本人拉麵/烏冬提供,只有炊飯,韓式冷麵。冷麵上台,初時以為係韓國粉絲,但咬左一啖真係完全顛覆我對冷麵的認知雖然麵條幼細,但絕對有咬口,口感彈牙爽滑,令一向唔鍾意食幼麵嘅我驚喜萬分冷麵上配料由上至下依次序排列為薄切雞蛋、新鮮薄切蘋果片、韓式泡菜、日式叉燒。 真係一配日韓式融和得好嘅冷麵唔夠飽就追加一份海鮮拼盤海鮮拼盤包括鮮帶子4隻、大蝦2隻以及一隻冇腳嘅鮮魷帶子鮮甜爽口非急凍鮮魷廚師預先橫切𠝹過,好快熟大蝦連蝦頭內蝦膏食感覺一級棒3個人食左咁多好野,連2枝麒麟啤酒埋單都係¥10200,除返每人都係用咗¥3400咋兌返港紙$238左右,堅抵食 continue reading
