極度惡劣的員工服務態度

食物一般般，牛肉生熟程度不一，但員工的服務態度只可用四個字形容：垃圾、一塌糊塗既沒有耐性，更不懂隨機應變！我一開始不小心弄跌了筷子筒，雖然已經説了sorry而且幫收拾，但員工依然胡亂發脾氣！不僅將紙巾，餐盤惡劣地扔到我桌面，更不斷發出不耐煩的聲音，之後打算盛飯的時侯，該名男性員工更大力地將飯碗從我手上拿去，毫無禮貌！到最後，臨近付款的時侯，只是因爲我們4人對錢銀談了一會而沒有立刻付款，員工立刻發出厭惡、不耐煩的聲音！總而言之，一次極度惡劣的進餐體驗！ continue reading
