到埗大阪之後既第一餐，就去左食呢間响大阪中央市場內既隱世壽司店，Endo Sushi 出左名性價比高，只有四種壽司組合，啱哂有選擇困難症既我😅.雖然大阪中央市場位置比較偏僻，附近亦沒有景點，但食完Endo Sushi之後就會覺得很值得😋.我地叫左1號同2號壽司組合，每個¥1150(未稅) 1號壽司組合有星鰻、海膽軍艦、鯛魚、拖羅和鰤魚，2號就有蟹肉、赤貝、干貝、拖羅和白帶魚，每一貫壽司的材料都相當新鮮、壽司飯的調味也剛剛好.海膽份量算多，色澤鮮明，入口即溶，無我最討厭既腥臭味，好新鮮🤤拖羅亦都係不得了，未算最肥但勝在厚身，係中拖羅既程度，油脂十分香😚而最令我驚豔既一定係星鰻，肉質十分軟稔，配上出色既醬汁，入口即化，好難忘😍.整體來說以¥1150食到咁高質既壽司係抵食，性價比十分高🤩值得推介！. continue reading
