本人就是那個壞蛋😂😂😂,上次去 Tokyo食唔到🦀道樂,今次點都要食返一次😬😬😬因為很多fd都試過,同我說不太值得,而且份量都很小之後就不斷上網查找資料,永遠食蟹都是這間,而聽說午餐和晚餐差不多,但午餐便宜很多,那麼就食午餐吧食完感覺,賣相很精緻,味道都很好食,一隻蟹能用不同煮法烹調而成,真是一生人值得一試我們兩個人,點了一個螃蟹釜飯和螃蟹小火鍋,兩個都是很有名氣的兩個都有不同特色,但真♥,如果你問我是否超級神級好食,又不是😂😂😂,午餐咁既價錢,材料新鮮,算是很好吧。蟹釜飯最香,蟹肉刺身,蟹天婦羅都very good👍👍👍 continue reading

在香港時已作了online booking,因此早已預留枱,不用等位。前菜左:柿狀器皿內裝有細細的蟹肉及秋天盛產的菜前:蟹鉗很鮮甜中:內包著蟹肉和金菇,味道平和右:浸過蟹黃的燒蕃薯,蟹黃味不算特出,但蕃薯很甜彩造里主要為凍食蟹肉,有刺身的,亦有輕熟的。刺身的味道雖偏淡,但亦鮮甜,且食起來會有點漿口。熟身的鮮甜味更特出。每件都大大件的,食得很痛快燒物整鍋蟹黃燒住嚟打邊爐咁食蟹黃味超濃蟹肉全是熟的,仲有唔會得條柴咁瘦,而係都幾好肉地。都係嗰句:鮮味!冷し鉢用不同秋天盛產的疏菜汁製成的荳腐,再加上一舊蟹肉,淋上蟹肉芡。荳腐味道清淡,而舊蟹肉十分結實,蟹味亦十足揚物炸時令疏菜及蟹鉗,各樣都炸得恰到好處,不失其鮮味。蟹鉗又大隻,疏菜又鮮甜御飯物做成壽司,各款都好好味,又大件水菓子巨峰提子雪糕,超濃巨峰味 continue reading
