Went to this eel resto in Umeda after visiting the Universal Studios Japan and lined up for more than half an hour. .My sis and I ordered Eel with Fluffy Omelette Rice Bowl. Topped with a large piece of eel and a thick layer of egg, the dish was really huge. The egg was soft, while the eel was quite tasty and nicely grilled. My bro ordered Beef and Eel Rice Bowl, while my parents got Eel Size: Regular with Rice. Both dishes smelled fragrant. The beef slices were tender. The portion for each dish

The portion for each dish was so huge that we couldn't finish them. Luckily the resto could help the customers to transform the leftover food into onigiri, so we saved them for breakfast!
.
Be aware that each person has to pay a cover charge of JPY330, and must order 1 drink. The instruction was a bit unclear so only when we sat down did we realise this...Also, five of us squeezed into one table, so it was a bit hard for us to eat comfortably, esp after waiting for quite a while.
.
Interesting that when we entered and left the resto, the staff would hit the drums and delivered some greetings to us.
.
Ultimately, I thought the food was ok, but may not worth such a long time of waiting.
