お昼は店主の出身地である福井県の玄蕎麦（蕎麦の実）を丸ごと石臼挽きした手打ち蕎麦の定食。当店の蕎麦はそばの香り・味がする麺であり、すり立ての本山葵を使用しています。 夜は春・夏・秋・冬、旬の食材を毎日市場で仕入れ、お造り、焼物、煮物、野菜物、揚物、鍋物、もちろん手打ちそばも提供しております。 天然の魚や旬の野菜の旨さを知って頂けるよう、心がけています。 化学調味料は使用せず、素材の旨さ！！で勝負しています。 continue reading
