鮨原正 大阪 米芝蓮🌟🌟如果關東代表是壽司之神（數寄屋橋次郎）及鮨さいとう，那關西代表一定是鮨原正，自2014（關西、大阪、京都、神戶米之蓮發行第一年）就取得米之蓮🌟🌟至今，主廚石川先生亦是全日本壽司技術大會的大阪代表。鮨原正全店共有12席，不接受包場，每次最多只可預約6席。主廚以日語介紹，未有提供餐單。鮨原正只提供一款餐單，午市夜市都是同一款，亦是我暫時幫襯過最抵食的米之蓮價格（約18000yen)，我下次有機會再預約的🥹。先付：鮑魚八爪魚鯛魚鰹魚鱧魚燒金目鯛太刀魚鹽燒壽司：魷魚鯛魚平貝黑鮪赤身中拖羅小鰭車海老吸物小鰺蛤雲丹煮穴子手卷壽司卷 continue reading
