今日係大阪環球影城，呢間餐廳二年前黎過，今年重回遊當然要再回味多次，服務不用多說全日本服務業對客態度都首屈一指，重點食物水準依然嚴謹！頭盆係燒雞肉凱薩沙拉頭盆配沙拉用的雞肉什少仍保留有肉汁，這裡卻做得非常出色餐湯蘑菇忌廉湯好香濃蘑菇味，湯保留粒粒蘑菇碎卻又不失忌廉湯滑的口感主菜牛扒牛扒好有牛味，但我最欣賞的是薯蓉，薯蓉本身幼滑，出其是不知大廚加了什麼東西增加黏性另整個薯蓉不糊口，很好吃份量實在太小了甜品好精緻，好有心思蒸餾咖啡 continue reading
