2019 京阪紅葉行,想試一下在日本吃正式西餐,來到大阪洲際的Pierre,二十樓的景觀不錯,服務有禮但比較拘謹,部分待應英語水平接近溝通不來😅。點了最基本的 dinner set (¥12000),居然也有九個 course,實在超值。食物有濃厚的日本feel,有以豆腐,鰻魚做材料,竟然也有醬油做醬汁,每道菜都細緻和包含很多元素,雖則食材不算名貴,整體味道很好,擺盆精緻漂亮,也點了 wine pairing (¥8000),品酒師恰當的建議,盡興和美妙的旅遊美食體驗🤗
