Pokemon Cafe requires advanced reservation and is usually full on the day the bookings are open. You can try your luck by walk-in. We came around 9:30am at Daimaru. You can start queuing at the middle entrance of Daimaru (we were the 3rd group by then), which is the closest to the lifts. At 10am once it is open, you can take the lift to the 10th floor and take the escalators back to the 9th floor. There are 2 queues, those that have reserved and the walk-in. We were lucky to be able to join the first session by walk in(I guess not everyone was ready for lunch at 10am).
The drinks and food came and they were totally adorable. I loved the Eevee burger and Eevee tea the most.
Overall, it was slightly pricey(even for a themed restaurant) but then Pikachiu came up in his new clothes and it was definitely worth it to see him dance.
