連續兩個晚上都會經過心齋橋,呢邊實在同旺角一樣,不能遺忘。看了地圖上最近美食,就有推薦這個附近的壽司。的確是非常傳統的吃法。圍繞在吧檯,師傅關心問候你使用什麼語言,然後就聆聽你的需要,直接同佢壽司師傅講咩壽司咩要求,一邊飲酒聊天很有意思。負責接待我們的是一個年級比較年長的師傅,他中氣跟足,我很喜歡這裡的鰻魚壽司。三文魚等等都很新鮮。阿妹喜歡豆腐,我地試了炸豆腐,木須非常多,豆腐外層松脆裡面嫩滑。狠狠好食呢。金槍魚吞拿魚是每家店必點呀。

我坐在bar枱後,便直接向站在我位置附近的師父落單,他做好後立即把壽司放在你面前,十分新鮮好味,尤其是鰻魚壽司、拖羅壽司,另外,亦有蒸蛋加入海鮮,十分鮮甜,名氣雖不及同區壽司店,但卻有人情味及熱情,質量有保證,值得再試

位於心齋橋市場壽司 由老師傅主理即叫即場手握😍價錢比一般迴轉壽司高一d但質素真係好好😋當日顧客全部都係地道日本人👍應該水準不錯😏.最值得一讚一定係吞拿魚腩 大約港幣50蚊有兩件👍近乎入口即溶😍 好幸福😋另外蟹膏都好足料😋鮮味十足食左咁多大約用左港幣二百幾蚊
