そこにひっそり佇む「ギュール ルモンテ」。
東灘区岡本で10年間、カジュアルフレンチを提供していたシェフが“ルモンテ＝再び・新たに”という想いを込め、ワンランク上のフレンチを披露。
長年の手法と素材の組み合わせを基本に、まるでキャンバスに描くかのように次々と大皿に盛り付けていく創作コース。
