You won't miss the sign of this restaurant: a papier-mâché "fugu" blowfish! Zuboraya is a restaurant committed to reasonable supply of this typical high-class fish. It is one of the representative restaurants of Osaka, a city extravagant in food, and is also a long-established store founded in 1920. On its menu are "tessa" thinly-sliced raw blowfish arranged beautifully like flower petals, "tecchiri" hotpot which makes you warm in winter, deep-fried blowfish which offers springy and juicy texture, and "shirako" soft roe which is rich in taste.
