Franky Hotel

Franky Hotel offers more than just a rooftop bar experience that is near Ebisu station. They boast an innovative approach to drinks and dishes by creating herbal water using an aroma distillation machine. They offer a rooftop bar private course for 6,800 JPY, where food is served buffet-style, complemented by an all-you-can-drink option. Guests can order drinks conveniently at the bar counter. Additionally for 4,800 JPY, they serve a casual pairing course with 4 dishes that go well with beer or wine such as tagliatelle and chicken alfredo.

THE PENTHOUSE with weekend terrace 

On the top floor of Mitsui garden hotel, this restaurant offers a delightful terrace where you can overlook the Tokyo Bay Area and guests can enjoy the outdoor breeze and a spacious atmosphere. Their menu focuses on sea food Italian seafood with seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood sourced directly from Toyosu. A highlight of their offerings is their oven-baked pizzas, featuring a thin crust that enhances the flavors of the ingredients and sauce. Their pizzas range from 2,400-3,200 JPY.  They have a special course, priced at 9,500 JPY,  that includes 7 dishes like roasted duck with plum and red shiso chutney accompanied by eggplant fritters.

For those seeking a more premium dining experience, there's the 14,000 JP course, which includes sea urchin Sicilian-style risotto.

Petit Delirium Tap Cafe Shinjuku

Their menu includes a 5,500 JPY course featuring 6 dishes including grilled Mexican beef skirt steak. This course is ideal for welcoming or farewell parties. For a more lavish dining experience, they offer a 6,600 JPY course which includes many dishes such as A5 Wagyu beef and a 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink option.

Mercer Brunch Ginza Terrace 

This restaurant offers a spacious dining experience with indoor seats and an additional terrace seat overlooking the vibrant cityscape of Ginza. It is just a few minutes walk from Ginza Itchome station. 

Their dinner menu features a variety of main dishes ranging from 2,400-4,400 JPY. They offer two enticing courses that guarantee terrace seats: An 8,000 JPY course that includes rigatoni with beef ragu, and sirloin steak, among other delights and a 6,500 JPY course includes sea bream ceviche and sea urchin cream French toast.
