其實個人就不太喜歡自助餐,因為覺得會浪費食物,而且何必讓自己有個放縱胃袋的機會,吃得比平常過多的食物,但是友人就想要吃個豐富的早餐,那就陪陪她吧!自助餐(約JPY5,700)可先選一款蛋的前菜,我就要了Egg Benedict,友人就要了溫泉蛋。這個自助餐的熱食相比冷盤的少(但都很足夠,應有的都有),而pastry的選擇不多但都很美味(特別是抹茶酥),飲品都有好多種(喝了3種果汁)。最後悔的是沒有在Brasserie享用午餐或晚餐的機會,希望下次能嚐到executive chef Nicholas Owen的法式signature dishes!
