其實肥肥家族遊京都前,早一年o既聖誕表妹舉家已經去過玩,所以小肥喺編排飲食行程前都好醒目地向佢索哂料。由於大家旅遊性質唔多同,表妹要照顧多位小朋友,而XO仔只需為一眾長輩們挑選美食,結果喺佢介紹幾間餐廳入面只能揀出潮派法國大餐「よねむら」(Yonemura)。細佬啲日文屬有限公司,好彩有酒店代勞幫忙訂座,唔係相信都未必會聽得明九人o既派對必須於廂房內進行。晚餐全權由大廚發辦,每位16,000円,並無他選。餐店為兩層高o既獨立屋,門牌雖不太起眼,但只要有哥哥帶路就唔洗慌。步入正門,必先經過和風小花園。入到餐廳即變得洋化得多,四周圍都係木造o既傢俬,光鮮涼爽。地下右方為吧枱,食客可邊食邊與廚師們互動一番。樓上廂房私人空間足,聽唔到樓下任何聲音,最緊要係有專人服務,絕對貼身稱心。整套齊備o既餐具都已擺放喺面前。各人更有自己o既一小碗薄荷葉清水供洗手之用,衛生非常。既然唔洗傷腦筋點食物,大家就應推介以日本清酒配潮派法國菜。。。冇錯,相中以白酒杯載住o既係日本清酒,仲要係京都出品;嘻嘻,係咪碰杯都碰得潮過人呢?!廚師除咗喺佳餚設計上花下心思之外,就連碗碟配套都一絲不茍。創意料理第一道為三色前菜「

第二道以公雞靚碟承載o既「Mushroom croquette topped the beef tongue stew with fennel sauce; Snapping turtle soup」原來一啲雞o既成份都冇
。右手邊o既蘑菇炸球新鮮熱辣,外皮金黃香脆,芝士菇餡芳香味佳,頂面淋上腍滑o既汁煮牛脷,組合新穎可口,再配上左手邊茶杯入面o既擬鱷龜湯,更覺清甜暖胃
。意外地,擬鱷龜湯一啲腥味都冇,唔講真係未必會估到係用龜所燉製。

潮派極都唔可以忘本,食法國大餐當然係要多舊魚啦,嘩卡卡!「よねむら」客奶油香煎比目魚Meuniere of flounder with red wine & citrus pepper sauce & steak of turnip」可以稱得上為整頓晚餐最傳統o既一味。比目魚白滑o既魚肉鮮嫩無比,魚皮巧薄香脆,點上碟底o既紅酒黑椒酸汁確真清新醒胃。

西餐中o既意粉通常都係熱食,今次師傅明顯係混入咗日式冷麵o既構思製出「Cold served pasta with surf clam, avocado, salmon roe & soft-boiled quail egg」。凍食意大利粉麵條修長軟潤,師傅專登將色彩繽紛o既食材,包括蜆肉、蕃茄、生洋蔥、紫菜絲、牛油果、三文魚籽舖喺意粉面,再以小匙羮另上完隻流心鵪鶉蛋,好等貴客可自行混製意粉。XO仔可謂粗人一個,三兩吓手勢就成功撈起意粉

食過多味海鮮後,終於輪到靚靚和牛Wagyu beef steak with garlic peanut sauce」(細佬嗰份係走咗花生o既,但賣相冇分別)出場。如相所示,三、四成熟o既和牛色澤粉嫩紅潤,靚牛鬆軟得黎半溶於口中

甜品環節前先有連隻杯都冰凍過人o既「Green perilla and blood orange sorbet」,為味蕾洗滌一番。大家飲咗酒後其實都冇乜再點睇過個餐牌,所以見到杯中綠色o既雪葩時個個都以為一定係綠茶味
。。。點知食完第一啖,口腔卻洋溢著紫蘇香,之後再見到個底原來另有乾坤,藏著清新芳香o既血橙味雪葩,方才搵返個餐牌對應一吓,發現橙綠組合係紫蘇味及血橙味雪葩。小肥才疏學淺,去到京都食法國餐先認識到「紫蘇」o既英文乃「green perilla」,又上了一課

生果拼盤食唔少,不過有邊個會諗到生果可以跟雪糕及朱古力醬以一隻西式透明玻璃碟上呢?!碟上o既無花果提子已起核,混入埋球雲尼拿雪糕朱古力醬黎食,清甜涼快又潤滑,仲一啲都唔溜添,吃畢絕無罪惡感

非常感激表妹極力推薦「よねむら」,讓肥肥家族於京都可欣賞到一場咁精彩細膩o既潮派法式料理。餐店裝潢整潔簡樸,服務生客套友善,混入咗不少和風元素o既菜式味佳又美觀,直令味蕾驚喜不絕,16,000円一位絕對係物有所值,XO 仔覺得店子實屬京都必食之列
