這間法國餐廳是第三回光顧。真心一句價錢不貴,才不過8000yen 已經有米芝蓮的法國午餐,在香港根本沒可能;今次有團友一起,好不熱鬧,另有一番滋味。第一道前菜是帶子壽司沙律,將壽司用杯子盛著,配上魚子醬及蛋絲,旁邊的小杯子盛著露筍dressing,帶子鮮甜,配上魚子醬的魚鮮味,再用露筍dressing拌勻,帶子甜味更突出。第二道菜是鵝肝配焦糖橙乾,鵝肝是法國菜少不了的,這次吃的是凍鵝肝,很嫩滑,有點像吃雪糕,好特別;焦糖橙乾比平常用的梨子或蘋果更有心思,橙皮有點苦澀,調和鵝肝的油膩。第三道菜是蜆肉團子,配雞湯和春菜,湯底清甜,接在鵝肝後面可以令味蕾清新。第四道菜是煎鱸魚,配上43種京菜。記得兩年前吃煎石斑也是配上43種京菜,日本人的魚料理不用置疑,43種菜類真的令人不可思議。主菜是燉北海道牛腩,配紅酒汁和薯蓉。牛腩入口即溶,豐富的骨膠原令人齒頰留香。甜品有三款,首先包括薑汁冰配煉奶雪糕和橙味啫喱 moouse,之後主甜品則是士多啤梨拼盤,用士多啤梨做出不同的甜點包括moouse ,聖八護餅,士多啤梨醬,marcaron等,再砌成圖案,好厲害👍最後就是petite 5配茶或咖啡,每次吃罷都大滿足。 continue reading
