黎到京都既錦市場,一定要試一試京都海產既美味!賴生事前就做左功課,知道網上面大家都有推薦要黎一黎<<木村鮮魚店>>,主要係賣新鮮海產同平價醃製魚生串,每串都只係$200 Yen,難得黎到日本既錦市場,點都要親身試一試,睇下究竟好唔好食!!行到見到呢間鮮魚檔,就係聞名既<<木村鮮魚店>>啦,係鮮魚檔黎,提供即切魚生比人即食,但係要碰運氣先知有咩食,因為佢一邊開箱一邊即切,所以基本上你唔同時間去都食到唔同既野,賴生同屈小姐食緊既時候,已經多左幾種魚賣,真係好想食晒咁多款!!另外,呢個檔口都有提供海膽刺身比人食,不過就唔係即開既,係一早開定左,所以價錢比較相宜,當日就賣緊$450 Yen 一隻,可以自己揀食邊隻,等佢拎比你,賴生同屈小姐都有揀到1隻食,當然除左海膽仲叫左好多野食喇!!1) 醃三文魚串: 3⭐️呢度既魚生串經過左醃製既過程,其實就冇即食咁新鮮,而且醃過之後,魚味消失左,加上食之前落左檸檬汁,更加食唔到原本既三文魚味,唯一食到既係魚肉既質感,尚算軟滑!! 2) 醃吞拿魚串:3.5⭐️其實就同醃三文魚差唔多,都係食唔出魚味,不過係日本既吞拿魚就好好多,佢始終唔會雪過咁送去香港,肉質唔會硬,都係軟滑既,黎到日本梗係要食多少少,補番係香港食唔到既,呢串就可以試一試既!呢度就係我地叫既新鮮海產啦,有三文魚+三文魚腩刺身、赤貝刺身、帶子刺身、海螺刺身同1隻大生蠔!3) 海螺刺身: 4.5⭐️係上圖右下角既就係海螺刺身啦,印象中係700 Yen 一隻,新鮮識郁嫁,店員即刻幫賴生拎左入去劏! 劏完出黎,一片片好多肉嫁!! 每片肉都超有咬口,超級爽,好似咬緊雞軟骨咁,但佢係一片片,而且帶海水既鮮味,呢個海螺刺身口感真係滿分!! 至於味道呢,賴生同屈小姐覺得都係赤貝鮮甜D4) 大生蠔: 4⭐️隻生蠔係成隻手掌咁大隻,海水味超濃,但蠔味就冇乜,肉質軟滑可惜唔creamy,蠔肉唔算係太肥美,但又唔係冇肉既,800 Yen 一隻算做合格啦!5) 海膽刺身(非即開) : 4.5⭐️雖然唔係新鮮即開,但味道好正,唔會有腥味,海膽味濃,每隻份量大約2湯匙,連平時唔太好海膽既屈小姐都爭住食! $450 Yen 好抵! 黎到日本一定要最少食1隻! 唔係就晒左張機票!6) 三文魚+三文魚腩刺身 : 爆5⭐️2隻刺身拼埋先講緊$400 Yen咋! 夾夾埋埋有成10件超級抵食,仲要件件都厚切嫁,抵香港好多! 雖則話日本人唔會食三文魚,因為多蟲同cheap,咁就益左我地2個三文魚怪! 三文魚刺身肥美,魚味濃郁,肉質軟滑,而三文魚腩更加肥美,魚既油脂係口入面融化,食完好想再食多盒,不得了!7) 帶子刺身: 4⭐️其實都新鮮既帶子係好鮮甜既,好好味,但係呢佢切得太薄冇左爽口既口感呢! 如果佢厚切由6塊變番做3-4塊就好啦!! 口感分都會拎埋!8) 赤貝刺身:爆5⭐️又係新鮮識郁既赤貝黎! 收到ORDER即刻拎入去劏,新鮮程度爆晒分! 師傳將赤貝起片,肉位就爽甜,而近住舌位果D呢就有著海螺刺身既爽口同咬口,超正! 一隻赤貝有晒2種口感,係新鮮既先做得到!! 真係一定要食番粒,而且價錢唔貴呀! 真心推薦!總結:老實講,建議都係食番新鮮既魚生更佳,因為魚味更好,風味更不同! 呢度既醃魚生食黎食去都只係食到果隻醃料味,同埋食到唔同魚肉既質感! 如果要食到唔同既魚味,都係食番魚生/ 炙燒好! 恕我地膚淺,真係要推薦一下三文魚刺身,仲有就係新鮮既赤貝刺身!#醃過既魚生唔太岩我地口味#醃魚生串平就平但唔太推介#即食海鮮真係好新鮮#即劏即食好正呢#旅行就是要不斷食食食#環境係街市魚檔咁囉#一地都濕#但妳都願意陪我食#謝謝妳暫起收起潔癖症 continue reading
