Introduction
Sushi Rakumi is located on the north side of Gion, lined with cherry blossom trees and along the Shirakawa River. The waiting room on the second floor is beautifully illuminated with cherry blossoms in the spring, and the seasonal atmosphere creates a soothing atmosphere. While working at Gion Sasaki, Kazuya Nomura, the handler, trained at Sushi Yoshitake in Tokyo and learned various techniques. He consistently grips with his soul. Enjoy Kazuya Nomura's sushi, a fusion of Kyoto cuisine and Edomae sushi that can only be tasted here.
