京都最古の禅寺ともいわれる名刹・建仁寺の勅使門前に佇む【祇園末友】。かつて「祇園丸山」や「祇園花霞」で腕をふるった末友久史氏が、日本料理の伝統と、現代の感性を融合させた懐石コースでもてなします。献立は月替わり。今の時期は、トリ貝、粽寿司、鱧など京都の夏の味覚がおススメです。季節の逸品を目の前で焼き上げるパフォーマンスも必見です。数寄屋造りの風情ある店内で、ごゆっくりとお寛ぎください。
