米芝蓮1星法國菜~レストランひらまつ高台寺相約朋友一起去品嘗這間新晉米芝蓮1星法國菜,餐廳位於二条坂附近,用餐在三樓,可以遠眺八坂の塔,日景與夜景都會各有特色,我選擇了午餐,如能夠遇上天朗氣清,八坂の塔會看很更清楚;今日天公作美,用餐的時間全程有陽光,我們更趁機要求外出露台拍照;大家邊吃邊聊天,好開心。午餐價錢取決於用料食材。先來一杯混了士多啤梨的香檳,酒香加上真果香,很開胃;接著是小食頭盤~烤焗開心果,有焦糖和混了一些味料(嚐不出是什麼)。頭盤是紅椒moouse配上蕃茄汁,蕃茄雖然香,但搶不了紅椒的味道😋第二道是龍蝦餃湯,龍蝦拆用做餃子,還有龍蝦羔,上面有一粒炸球,裡面是parsley加牛油,切下去綠色的sauce爆出來,與龍蝦上湯混合,無懈可擊;配菜還有雜菌,日本雜菌香氣撲鼻,龍蝦也搶不了😋😋副主菜是真鱈魚,用椰菜卷起,配蒜蓉汁,此道菜的亮點是有白子,我對這個有點怕,不過其實味道不差,只是想起它是什麼就不想吃🤣主菜是鴨胸,皮煎得脆脆,肉嫩,灑上海鹽,很不錯。甜品是士多啤梨蛋糕配雪糕,淋上熱醬汁,冷熱交融,結果仍是一道凍甜品😋為了這個環境,再來也不錯👍🏻
