Our restaurant was opened near Karasuma-Oike Station in Kyoto by a chef who trained at one of Japan's most famous restaurants, NARISAWA, and many famous restaurants in Europe. We prepare seasonal courses using fresh ingredients delivered directly from the farm or purchased at the market.
