Introduction
"Gion Fukushi" hangs a noren curtain on a Gion alley. The name of the shop is based on the owner's last name (Fukushi) and incorporates our belief in treating all people and things with the same heart. Our restaurant serves Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, which inherits tradition while retaining the atmosphere of today's times.
The menu is different every day as we are conscious of the season and are particular about using seasonal ingredients.
