Introduction

[Menya Rennosuke] is particular about the soup stock, noodles, and chashu pork. The appeal is that you can enjoy a la carte dish, ramen to finish, and pudding for dessert as a course while enjoying sake. Please enjoy a cup of elegant dashi soup prepared by the owner who trained for 5 years at a Michelin-listed ramen restaurant.
