Introduction
Shinmiura was founded in 1912. They are a speciality of Mizutaki, serve two types of Mizutaki hotpot: clear broth and white broth. The condensed richly flavoured white broth is prepared by simmering chicken bones all day long and contains plenty of collagen that is said to help maintain healthy skin. You can enjoy Mizutaki from 4,800 JPY.
