🕒 Made a Reservation?
In Japan, it is customary to arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time. When you arrive, please let the restaurant staff know you have a reservation and show them your reservation details. 

📅 Can’t Make It?
Plans changed? Of course, no problem! You can cancel through your OpenRice app up to 15 minutes before your reservation time.

 📞Running Late?
Is your flight or train delayed? These things happen. If you’re running late, please contact the restaurant directly, or reschedule your booking for another day or time through your OpenRice app.

🛜 Can’t Manage Your Reservation Because there`s No Wi-Fi?
No problem! There are many places with access to free Wi-Fi, such as airports, convenience stores, and shopping malls. Click here「Wi-Fi SPOT」to find Wi-Fi near your current location!
