呢間焼肉店喺好短時間已經喺YouTube成位咗 KOL成日推嘅人氣店,老公喺兩個月前成功喺佢地個website book咗位。當天18:00入到店內,發現99%都係香港人嚟。。。已經有D驚會中伏🤪🤪我地基本上叫晒“本日嘅稀少部位”嚟食,原本打算可以試到唔同產地嘅稀少部位牛肉,例如佐賀牛,伊万里牛等。。。點知嗰日嘅稀少部位全部得鹿兒島產地嘅黑毛和牛。。。最後其中印象最深刻係:鹿兒島黑毛和牛Zabuton:呢碟Zabuton上抬肉質鮮嫩多汁,均勻嘅雪花紋理,顯出高品質嘅和牛特色,牛味濃,入口即溶,絕對值得一試,果然係稀少部位推介!厚切牛舌:另外,都叫咗厚切牛舌,碟牛舌上抬已經好吸引。首先,牛舌被切成六嚿,每一嚿都係厚切,牛舌表面灑咗啲芝麻喺面,睇落去好新鮮。牛舌咬落去口感應該係好嫩滑,只需加啲檸檬汁一齊食,已經非常提鮮,厚切牛舌係要必嗌嘅。海膽和牛卷:最後,重頭戲係海膽和牛卷!呢個真係中伏,我諗大部分遊客都係為咗呢個海膽和牛卷而嚟,但係最令人失望嘅就係呢一個海膽和牛卷,上枱嘅時候的個好吸引,非常打卡able!!等我哋一叫就叫咗兩嚿,點知一食落去,塊和牛勁多筋,直情係咬唔爛,舊牛係完全吞唔到

我地基本上叫晒“本日嘅稀少部位”嚟食,原本打算可以試到唔同產地嘅稀少部位牛肉,例如佐賀牛,伊万里牛等。。。點知嗰日嘅稀少部位全部得鹿兒島產地嘅黑毛和牛。。。

最後其中印象最深刻係:

呢碟Zabuton上抬肉質鮮嫩多汁,均勻嘅雪花紋理,顯出高品質嘅和牛特色,牛味濃,入口即溶,絕對值得一試,果然係稀少部位推介!

海膽和牛卷:
最後,重頭戲係海膽和牛卷!呢個真係中伏,我諗大部分遊客都係為咗呢個海膽和牛卷而嚟,但係最令人失望嘅就係呢一個海膽和牛卷,上枱嘅時候的個好吸引,非常打卡able!!
等我哋一叫就叫咗兩嚿,點知一食落去,塊和牛勁多筋,直情係咬唔爛,舊牛係完全吞唔到。加上呢塊和牛好似冇炙燒過咁,出唔到和牛嘅油花香,硬吞有筋生牛肉片一樣,嘥咗個海膽。。。。仲要兩嚿牛都一樣勁多筋,呢嚿嘢仲要990yen/件,完全真係唔值得食...唔知係咪太多KOL做promotion... 佢哋嘅booking已經好full 唔憂做啦,所以品質差咗?????
仲記得十年前喺東京食過另一間海膽和牛卷,真係好食過呢嚿一百倍。

總括嚟講,呢間人氣店已經變咗做遊客店,稀少部位係好食嘅,但佢哋價錢都唔平,平均要成二千幾yen一碟,性價比唔高,加上佢地signature之一嘅海膽和牛卷實在令人太失望了。。。另外,店長&店員無咩同客人有互動,Dinner仲要有限時要求。
呢餐飯兩個人,食咗total 一萬六千yen,對比喺福岡其他更好更抵食嘅焼肉店仲有好多,大家可以有更多選擇。
