Lature
Opened in August of 2016, this French establishment has been a consistent 1 Star Michelin restaurant since 2018. Their commitment to using game meat, underused fish species, and self-grown vegetables set an example on how fine dining can help tackle today’s food problems. Lature is located a 6 minute walk from Omotesando Station’s B1 Exit.
