Definitely not my favourite style of Ramen, since I prefer the broth and noodles together, however Rokurinsha are very good at what they do.The noodles are some of the best texture-wise, that I ever tasted. The broth was super intense and fishy, so it wasnt really to my taste, but it was better after adding some of the Yuzu broth.I had to wait almost an hour to get it, which is testament to this places pulling-power, and it should be on everyones noodle-itinerary, if you wish to get a comprehens

I had to wait almost an hour to get it, which is testament to this places pulling-power, and it should be on everyones noodle-itinerary, if you wish to get a comprehensive outlook on the Tokyo ramen scene.
