今晚抵達東京池袋已七點，立刻在附近覓食，發現一間專賣炸牛扒的店舖。餐廳主打「石烤炸牛扒套餐」，可選1.5倍或雙倍份量，亦能搭配飲品或啤酒（追加價錢）。其特色在於以石燒方式烹調，與一般牛扒不同——外層酥脆，內裡肉質嫩滑多汁，生熟度恰到好處。簡單一道料理卻顯功夫，搭配白飯更是絕配。雖選擇單一，但專注造就美味，值得推薦！ 但係店舖嘅座位比較少，四人枱眼見只有兩至三張，其餘都係Bar枱，比較吊腳坐得比較辛苦。 continue reading
