黎到旅程既第5日,要離開京都既市中心出發去浸溫泉啦,冇理由唔係臨別時造訪一下《錦市場》既!行左一圈之後,我地決定要試一試《魚力》!《魚力》係網上面以燒魚串而聞名!賴生帶屈小姐黎到,當然要試下啦!仲要佢係賣屈小姐鍾意既鰻魚呢不過佢呢度所有魚都係已經整好左既呢,即係炸過/燒過,你落左Order佢就會即時幫你翻熱,我地交低500 yen比個店員哥哥之後,佢就好快手咁幫我地燒番熱佢呢!1)燒海鰻串:3⭐️燒魚既精髓係咩呢?就係趁熱食啦! 串燒海鰻其實就咁聞落去都幾香既,因為燒果陣都會塗醬汁上面,經過熱力逼一逼,逼晒醬汁香氣出黎!的確,醬汁既味道係唔錯既,同蒲燒鰻魚果隻同出一徹!可惜既係,海鰻經過燒完又燒既過程(翻燒),魚既油脂已經所剩無幾,而肉質亦因爲過度既炭燒而失去左彈性同水份,原來爽口彈牙既海鰻亦變成乾韌,可能係要照顧遊客多要快出貨而要改做翻熱處理,浪費左條海鰻。加上$500Yen得 3塊仔貌似唔係太抵(雖然鰻魚都係貴價食材)算罷,食完之後收拾心情我地繼續上路挑戰其他店!#翻燒魚#浪費了海鰻#試過了就算#不要離我太遠 continue reading
